I just finished reading David Montgomery's book, Growing a Revolution: Bringing Our Soil Back to Life. I highly recommend it.
He profiles farmers who are 'doing' regenerative agriculture, and cover crops are a common denominator!

It also highlights cover crop research that Dr. Ray Weil is doing on his farm. Dr. Weil has had a profound influence on my life in that he's done nearly 20 years of cover crop research on my farm as well as opened up the opportunity for me to birth the Tillage Radish.
